    360 Photo-booth Terms & Conditions

    • Webbys360 will provide the Client with a 360 photo-booth (the “Booth”) for the duration of the event specified by the client in the booking form attached. The Booth will be set up and operated by a representative of the Company.

    • Webbys60 photo-booth (the “booth”) is available for use by your guests during stipulated booking duration.

    • Clients will arrange for an appropriate space of 10’x10’ for the 360 Photo Booth at the event’s venue.

    • Cancellations due to circumstances not outlined in the above must requested and received in writing (or text/email) by the client NLT 48 hours prior to the event date.

    • Webbys360 attendant shall have the right to decline service to client’s guest (invited or uninvited), for misuse, inappropriate photos or unruly behavior, children who are unaccompanied by a responsible adult (18 or older).

    • The Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur while using the booth. Users of the booth do so at their own risk.​The images and videos captured by the booth are the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to use, edit, and distribute these images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

    • Vendor or (and) clients will have their own general liability insurance policy in place at the event unless the venue has insurance whereby the venue’s general liability insurance policy will govern.​

    By using the booth, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the booth.
